Identity verification is carried out through licensed third-party providers, including Mono Technologies Nigeria Ltd. By using this Service, you expressly consent to such verification.

5. Wallets and Virtual Accounts

Wallets and virtual accounts are provided in partnership with Paystack Payments Limited. Virtual accounts are not traditional bank accounts and are subject to transaction limits and regulatory controls.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or freeze wallets where required by law, regulation, or to prevent fraud.

6. Transactions

All transactions are processed via third-party payment processors. Transaction failures, delays, or reversals may occur due to network, banking, or regulatory issues.

7. Fees

Certain transactions may attract fees charged by third-party service providers. Applicable fees will be disclosed where required.

8. User Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Do not use the Service for illegal activities
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Sensitive data such as BVN and NIN are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
