This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data across our Android app, mobile-optimized web dashboard, and WhatsApp chatbot.

To provide our micro-pension, insurance, and wallet services, we collect the following:

• •Regulatory/KYC Data: Bank Verification Number (BVN) and National Identification Number (NIN) to comply with anti-fraud and NDPR requirements.

• •Facilitate Financial Services: Route micro-pension funds to licensed Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) and activate instant accident, life, or health insurance.
• •Enable Gifting: Verify identities for third-party top-ups and ensure secure delivery of pension "starter packs" or wallet credit.
• •Track Progress: Manage your savings milestones and reward you with badges for achievements like a "30-Day Saving Streak".
• •Maintain Security: Enforce transaction limits based on your KYC tier to prevent misuse.

HustlePay Africa does not sell your data. However, we share necessary information with:

• •Financial Partners: Licensed PFAs and insurance providers via secure APIs.
• •Payment Processors: Virtual account providers such as Monnify or Flutterwave.
• •Regulators: When required to meet Nigerian financial and data protection standards.
